JOYFUL REBELLION– $16

A fusion of Vodka and espresso bean, with roasted parsnip syrup, and fresh lime, smoothed with clarified basil milk. Crowned with cardamom foam, it’s a rebellious twist on indulgence.

ROSE COLOURED LENSES– $16

Floral and refined blend of Citadelle Gin infused with lavender & rose pedals, balanced with Martini Dry, agave, fresh lemon, and hibiscus syrup. Shaken with  egg white for a smooth texture and garnished with a delicate dried rose petal, it’s a sip of elegance.

BEATZ ON BEETS– $16

A bold and earthy blend of Citadelle Gin and Mezcal, balanced with spiced pear and sweet potato syrups, ginger bitters, fresh beet juice, and lime. Finished with a refreshing mint sprig garnish, and a delicate drop of lemon oil for a symphony of flavours in every sip.

ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT– $17

Belvedere Vodka and Barsol Pisco Quebranta, enhanced with grapefruit liqueur, cinnamon syrup, and vanilla, fresh lemon and egg white for  a velvety texture, while grated nutmeg adds a warm, spiced finish. A cocktail that shifts your perspective.

Old Fashioned Flick– $17

Cinematic twist on a classic, featuring Hennessy VS and brown butter popcorn-washed Rye, balanced with torched dill syrup, chocolate bitters, and Angostura. Finished with a fresh sprig of dill, for an unforgettable twist.

LATE CHECKOUT– $16

A tropical escape with Planteray Original Dark Rum and Manzanilla Sherry, complemented by matcha infused Coco Lopez, falernum, and fresh lime and pineapple juice. Topped with grated and burnt cinnamon, it’s a rich, layered cocktail that lingers long after the last sip.

     A warming twist inspired by the classic Penicillin. Hornitos Plata Tequila meets tangy strawberry vinaigrette, warming ginger, and fresh lime, topped with a smooth Casamigos Mezcal float for a subtle smoky finish.

    A bold awakening inspired by the Boulevardier. Buffalo Trace Bourbon meets rich espresso-infused sweet vermouth and Campari steeped in pineapple skins. Balanced with chocolate bitters and finished with a bright orange twist, it’s a complex blend to stir the senses.

    A blend of Palantaray 3 Star Rum and Aperol, enriched with coconut-basil cordial and fresh lime, with a silky egg white foam. It's a vibrant, captivating escape in every sip.

    Modern twist on the classic Cosmo, featuring Belvedere Vodka and Pilla Select Aperitivo, with cinnamon syrup and cranberry juice. Brightened by fresh lime and finished with a grapefruit twist, it’s a sophisticated blend of flavour and style.

    A refreshing blend of Citadelle Gin and rosemary syrup, complemented by muddled green grapes, sage, and cucumber water. Finished with a fresh lime, it’s an herbaceous and crisp cocktail.
